Deduction check

We place particular emphasis on the quality of the crimping and the resulting cable assembly. To check the crimping, we carry out regular tests of our tools and parameters used.
If you need this information for your quality assurance, you can add it as a chargeable option in our configurator.

Documented pull-off forces

Optionally, we will provide you with a written documentation of the pull-off force according to DIN or your specifications.
The price of the test includes the protocol as well as a similar tested assembly when ordering a cable assembled on one side or two tested cables with one of the ordered connectors each when ordering a cable assembled on both sides.

Audit document

We usually test for breakaway torque of the assembly.
Furthermore, the test document contains the article number, cable serial number, nominal value of tensile force/N, graph of tensile curve, pull-off torque, tear-off mode, measuring range and max. force.
