FEP (also known as fluoroethylene propylene) is the abbreviation for tetrafluoroethylene with the DIN/VDE designation 6Y.
This environmentally resistant material has exceptionally good electrical, thermal, chemical and mechanical properties and is similar to PTFE.

Continuous temperatures of up to 205°C and operating temperatures of up to minus 90°C are possible.
