Silicone cable and silicone wire

The silicone cable and lead is a flexible low-voltage switching strand. The single strand is made of tinned Cu-ETP and is sheathed with an extruded silicone rubber insulation.
Silicone stranded wire is a halogen-free, RoHS-compliant cable and can be exposed to temperatures from -60°C to +180°C and more (+250°C possible). In case of short-term thermal overload, the stranded wire still offers good dielectric strength.
Silicone strands are used in model making and industry.
The stranded wire has a chlorine content, as the chlorine, max. 1.5%, serves to cross-link the silicones during production. Directive 2002/95/EC (RoHS) makes no mention of chlorine.
The IEC 332-1 standard (fire properties of cables and wires) is complied with.

Application and use:

Internal wiring of lights and heaters, machines for glass and ceramics processing, in mould making and industrial applications.
